Do I need to be a REV MMA Member?

No. Nutrition coaching is open to everyone — members and non-members alike. Members simply get the convenience of in-person sessions at the gym.

Can you help with a fight weight cut?

Absolutely. Safe weight cuts and rehydration are a core specialty. We build a full fight-week protocol so you make weight comfortably and perform strong on fight night.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes. Everything can be done virtually over video call, including plans, check-ins and messaging support — wherever you are in Ontario.

Do you work with kids and teens?

Yes. We offer youth and family nutrition covering healthy growth, picky eating, and fueling young athletes for school and sport.

Are the meal plans restrictive?

No. Plans are built around foods you actually like and your real schedule. No banned foods, no extreme rules — just sustainable structure.
