Fitzroy Brae has been part of the boxing world for most of his life. He entered the sport over 22 years ago and has competed in more than 60 fights. This experience has made him not only a great fighter but also a world-class coach. Resilience, technical skill, and an unshakable will to win have shaped his career and helped him reach the level he’s known for today.
He began teaching boxing classes at REVMMA over 14 years ago and has been all-in ever since. As a multiple-time champion, Fitzroy knows how to push students the right way: no unnecessary pressure, just real progress and serious results.
Fitzroy trained relentlessly under the guidance of renowned Canadian coach Everton McEwan, developing both his technique and mindset to a championship level. Those years of hard work shaped his competitive career across Ontario and beyond.
These achievements form the foundation of everything Fitzroy brings to his boxing classes in Toronto: real-world experience, proven knowledge, and high standards that were earned the hard way.

“Boxing gives you more than fitness. It gives you the discipline and consistency to handle whatever life throws at you,” Fitzroy likes to tell his students.
As an NCCP Level 1 certified coach with Boxing Ontario, he designs his training programs with real purpose and attention to detail. His methodology is based on fundamental principles: technique, conditioning, and mental discipline.
He structures every session with clear progression, adjusting the training to match each student’s goals and experience level. In his boxing classes in Toronto, you’ll find people from all walks of life: parents, students, office workers, and competitive athletes. Fitzroy believes that hard work applies not only to boxing but also to life. This is exactly what he teaches, and this is exactly what his students carry with them long after they leave the gym.
