I started MMA when I was 5 years old. It’s been 11 years and I’m still here, now in the teen class, because I get so much out of it!

MMA has helped me build muscle, gain flexibility and become more coordinated.  These skills help me on the mat, in gym class at school and in any sport I attempt. When I started MMA I was really, really shy and have always been one of the smaller girls amongst my peers. At Rev MMA the incredible coaches and the program design have given me great confidence and helped to shape me into the young person I am today. Everyone experiences stress, I’m no exception, but I know that when I walk into an MMA class, I am going to lose that tension and leave with a better mindset!
