Revolution MMA in Toronto is not only the city's first MMA training center and fitness gym, but we also provide kickboxing classes specifically for teens. Our trainers and coaches are very passionate about what they do, so regardless of your (or your teen's) level of experience and fitness, we can help.
Here at Revolution, you can start your first class at any point. Male and female students start their first classes almost every day, and we are by far the best beginner-friendly kickboxing club in the entire Toronto area. In fact, our Muay Thai kickboxing classes are simple and easy for beginners to learn. We teach the execution of strikes across eight points, including two points (fists) in boxing and four points (fists and feet) used in sport-oriented martial arts. Because of this, Muay Thai kickboxing has become the martial art of choice in many competitions and for many fighters across the globe.
Whether you are brand new to kickboxing or you want to improve your existing skillset, here at Revolution MMA, we focus on much more than just the technical aspects of the sport. We also teach self-defense skills that can help build confidence, discipline, and respect. What's more, we focus on overall fitness, which can improve your body image and help you get fit while having fun at the same time! Many of our students have built long-lasting friendships with others who share their interests, and some have even gone on to compete professionally around the world.
